Warrantee
Almost every frame comes with a one-year manufacture warranty.
If the frame or one of its parts becomes defective it can be replaced at no additional cost.
But is they are broken there might be some additional cost.
But let us know and maybe we can figure something out.
Even if a frame is discontinued or is past the warrantee periods still give us a call.
We might still be able to repair it for you.
Returns-
Frames/Sunglasses- We spend many hours searching through tens of thousands of frames and sunglasses to find the best product on the market. Your purchase should make you feel wonderful.
If you receive your frame or sunglasses and you don’t find it is wonderful then let us know.
If the frame or sunglasses are unused, unaltered, unworn in its original condition we will gladly provide you a one time refund within five days from your purchase. Please include all the original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets.
For sunglasses without a prescription the process is easier.
If your purchase includes prescription lenses the return is more complicated. Once lenses are cut they have to be discarded.
We can’t reuse or send them back to the warehouse.
So if new prescription lenses need to be made in a frame or sunglasses we will credit 50% of the original lens price towards the cost of the new lenses.
Non-defective products that are returned and not exchanged will be charged a
20% restocking fee.
Contacts- Within five days of your purchase you can return or exchange only
unopened and unused contact lens boxes. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all unopened boxes of contact lens boxes.
We can’t exchange or refund a purchase for opened boxes of contacts.
Before you return the product(s) please call or email first.
We need to give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for your returning product.
Returns must be sent prepaid and insured for the full price by a trackable carrier such as DHL, Federal Express, UPS or the
United States Post Office to:
